Pay for Performance

We like to keep it simple. Our commission is calculated by taking a small percentage of booking fee for each completed reservation. This keeps our incentives alined with yours–we only make money when you make money.

Which plan is right for me?

All of our plans market and manage your reservations. There are no upfront fees or charges associated with signup for our service. Because there are no long term commitments or ongoing subscription fees, we’re ideally suited to work with seasonal vacation properties and investment properties.

Our Economy Class plan is geared towards homeowners who are just getting started with the vacation rental business. It is ideal for those who are interested to see what this business is all about–to kick-the-tires to see just how well it works.

Our Business Class plan is ideally suited for property managers who want to offload most aspects of the rental process, but who still enjoy being more involved with their guests during their stay. During the guest’s stay, you will be responsible for handling all inquiries and we will forward any requests we receive directly to you.

Our First Class plan is designed to remove you from the equation entirely. We’ll handle all requests from your guests over the duration of their stay. For serious matters, we will escalate to a designated local contact.

Pricing & Plans

What is the difference between your support service and your concierge service?

Our support service handles everything leading up to a guest checking in and everything after your guests checkout. Our concierge service provides a reliable point of contact for guests during their stay. If you don’t have the concierge service, we’ll simply forward all requests to you rather than process them.

We provide the concierge service as part of our “Business Class” and “First Class” service plans. For “Economy Class” plans, we encourage hosts to be more involved with their guests.

How much does it cost?

There are no costs or setup fees to join [site_name]. Better yet, there are no long term commitments or no cancellation fees. How do we pay for services?

We use Freshbooks to invoice all of our clients. They accept payment by PayPal, e-Check or credit card. You credit card information in never stored with us and our customer service representatives never have access to it.
