We’re like your own personal sales, marketing and customer service team, except we’re better. We’re constantly learning from our experiences managing rentals for all of our clients and guests. We use all the tools a large sales organization employ such as Customer Relationship Management software and an internal Knowledge Base to ensure no conversation is lost or question is left unanswered. This allows us to operate more efficiently and consistently than our competitors to provide the best service possible.

Our Story

As an avid traveller and frequenter of airbnb rentals, a common complaint was echoed time and time again from hosts: it’s great money, but it takes too much time to manage. New hosts expressed frustration with the amount of setup required to get their listing online. They were also unaccustomed to the process of reviewing tenants and handling a stream of inquiries about their properties. They all wished there was some sort of service which would remove all these pain points so they could focus on more important things taking a vacation! While other hosts aspired to expand their business, but were limited in the number of hours they could spend to manage their listings while still providing a high level of service.
